PACKAGED SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT:
These plants are pre-fabricated in FRP construction, ready to install and use. It is ideal to treat sewage from a single Households to Restaurants, Hotels, Schools, Shopping mall, Resorts and other smaller facilities. Capacity up to 50 kld is readily available. Treated effluent can be used in gardening.


MBBR PROCESS:
It is basically an attached growth aerobic process which includes a reactor tank filled up with small biomass carrier elements called bio-media. The elements are specially developed from Polypropylene/ Polystyrene of controlled density and having very large surface area. MBBR process is ideal to treat waste water from small Housing development projects, Hotels, Hospitals and Industrial facilities.

CBBR PROCESS:
It combines the benefits of SBR and conventional Activated Sludge Process to produce a high quality treated effluent.
The process offers reliability and simplicity of design in a single modular unit for small communities up to 2000 pe.

MICROBIAL ANAEROBIC BAFFLED REACTOR:
The Treatment Process is based on Anaerobic Attached Growth Technology which is a state-of-the-art technology comprising of multi stage anaerobic chambers filled with BIO-DEK media to achieve a many times higher surface area within the reactor. This Technology gives reliable treatment efficiency particularly for treatment of low strength waste water such as domestic sewage. The Anaerobic reaction is further enhanced by adding the MICROBIAL CULTURE (EM) in the system. After the Anaerobic treatment, the effluent is oxidized using OZONE or Hydrogen Peroxide and finally it is polished by Pressure Filtration system. Suitable for the facilities where space is no constraint.
